Ron Weaver : Executive General Manager
I started with Eat, Sleep and Drink in May of 2007. Before that, I worked with various companies such as "Levi Restaurants" that took care of premium service and food and beverage for major ballparks, the Islands Restaurant Corporation and the Yard House Corporation. I grew up in Monterey, California. Attended school at the University of Texas and Sacramento State where I obtained a degree in Political Science. I have always found myself back working in the hospitality industry no matter how far I stray. I have a passion for sports and great service. Not sure which comes first but both together are magical.

Kerry First : General Manager
Hi! My name is Kerry First, General Manager of Moondoggies. I am a San Diego native (rare, I know.) I love to travel, wine and dine, and spend quality time with quality people. I have been working at Moondoggies for over 8 years (crazy) and I am extremely passionate about where I work and the people I work with. There is never a dull moment at Moondoggies and yes, I have seen it all. I have an insatiable zest for life, family and friends. I enjoy a good cry but much prefer a good laugh (the belly aching kind of laughter.) I enjoy live music, sunshine and tequila (but watch out, it makes me crazy.) Anything else you’d like to know…stop by Moondoggies and you just might find out!!!

Sean McMahon : Assistant General Manager
I have been in San Diego for 4 years, previously working with the Islands corporation for the past 5 years. Also have been a part of the Elephant Bar and Pier View restaurants. Born and raised in Los Angeles, I received my undergrad from Cal State L.A in Social Science. Recently, I married Stefani and currently live in Point Loma. I have the passion for the restaurant business, golf and my loving wife (she would divorce me if I didn’t include her.)

Victor Beltran : Executive Chef
Born in Mazatlan, Mexico and moved to San Diego at the age of 17. Victor started working as a sous chef at Casa de Bandini Restaurant in Old Town, at the age of 17. Throughout his 23 years of experience Victor has worked at some of the finest restaurants in San Diego including Sfuzzi, Blue Point Coastal and Café Sevilla. For the past 3 years, Victor has been working for Eat, Drink and Sleep creating amazing specials with a Pacific Rim flair.
